There are many flowers in my locality. Among them, I like rose most. It is found in different colours. But the pink and the red colour of the rose are mostly liked. Its shape and size is neither too small nor too big. The plants of roses have thorns. We have to pluck the rose with care. The thorns of the plant may hurt us. It has a nice smell. Roses are also offered to deities in temples. It is also presented to friends as a symbol of love and friendship. It is also used for decorative purposes.
H. ACTIVITY:
1. Make a paper-boat. Write the steps that you took to make the paper-boat.
A. Creating the Initial Folds
1. Fold an 8 ½ in x 11 in (21.5 cm x 28 cm) sheet of paper in half.
2. Unfold the paper, rotate it 90 degrees, and fold it in half again.
3. Flip the paper so that the fold opens toward you.
4. Bring the bottom of the paper up to fold it against both sides.
5. Take the bottom corners and fold them in.
B. Making the Final Folds
1. Make the triangle into a square.
2. Fold up the bottom flaps.
3. Construct the triangle into a square again.
4. Pull out the triangles on the side of the square.
5. Float your origami boat.
